Preorder / Collection Policy

1. Preorder Allocation

Preorder items are subject to supplier, distributor, and/or manufacturer allocation. Allocation is not guaranteed, and the final quantity available to SC Collection may only be confirmed closer to the product’s release date.

By placing a preorder, customers acknowledge and agree that SC Collection may not always be able to fulfil the full preorder quantity, or any quantity, if allocation is reduced, delayed, cancelled, or otherwise unavailable.

Where a deposit has been paid, SC Collection may hold the deposit for up to 6 months after the product’s pre-release or official release date while allocation and fulfilment status are being confirmed.

If SC Collection is unable to fulfil the preorder, we will provide a full refund of the deposit amount paid.

2. Collection Period

Once your preorder or reserved item is ready for collection, SC Collection will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout. This may include email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other available contact method.

Customers are required to collect their items within 30 days from the date the ready-for-collection notification is sent, unless a different arrangement has been agreed with SC Collection in writing before the collection period expires.

3. Uncollected Items

If an item is not collected within 30 days from the ready-for-collection notification, SC Collection may, at its discretion:

  • release the item back into available inventory;
  • cancel the order or reservation;
  • provide a refund based on the original amount paid;
  • provide store credit based on the original amount paid;
  • continue holding the item only if prior written approval has been given; and/or
  • apply reasonable storage or administrative fees where applicable.

Once the 30-day collection period has passed, the original item may no longer be reserved or available for collection.

4. Refund or Store Credit Basis

If an uncollected preorder or reserved item is cancelled after the collection period has expired, any refund or store credit will be based on the original amount paid by the customer.

SC Collection will not be responsible for changes in market price, resale value, opportunity cost, grading outcomes, product scarcity, or future price movement of any collectible item after the collection period has expired.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact details are accurate and up to date at the time of purchase and throughout the preorder or reservation period.

SC Collection is not responsible if a customer does not receive, read, or respond to a notification due to incorrect contact details, email filtering, spam folders, inactive accounts, messaging restrictions, blocked numbers, or other issues outside SC Collection’s control.

6. Extended Holding Requests

If you are unable to collect your item within 30 days, please contact SC Collection before the collection period expires.

Extended holding is subject to SC Collection’s approval and may not always be available, especially for limited, allocated, preorder, high-demand, or space-sensitive products. Any approval for extended holding must be confirmed by SC Collection in writing.

7. General

This policy applies to preorder items, reserved items, allocated items, and any other products held for customer collection by SC Collection.

By placing a preorder, making a deposit, or requesting an item to be reserved for collection, customers acknowledge and agree to this Preorder / Collection Policy.
